- Executive search & placement (contingent): Our most common service. We identify and onboard professionals for corporate offices and manufacturing sites for our clients. We only invoice clients for this work once a placement has been made.
- Executive search and placement (retained): We will do retained searches in situations where a client needs to have complete dedication to a search order for the most rapid results possible. These retainers are generally reserved for executive roles and are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Payment terms are structured individually and at the time of acceptance of a search.
- Confidential searches: We discretely find replacement candidates for companies who find themselves needing to replace an active member of their staff that needs the search done without others knowing the search is active.
- Out placement consulting: We have experience in partnering with facilities that are shutting down and want to help their employees find employment at a new company while minimizing unemployment claim costs.
- Wage Assessment: Numerous client companies have reached out to us to identify what other similarly sized and process specific facilities in the region pay for various roles.
- Career counseling & resume review: This is a free service we offer to our candidates to help them be better equipped to interview for a new job or to plan the future of their careers.
- Other: The Kutter & Associates team is open to other projects or special assignments that your company may need professional guidance or help on.
