John’s professional experience began in the Material Handling Industry as a Controls Engineer/Supervisor and continued for 15 years until he joined Management Recruiters INC. of Danville Kentucky in January 1994. John developed many long-term friendships and business relationships over the following years with professionals throughout the mid-west and southern regions of the United States and opened Kutter & Associates in 2004. He services the automotive manufacturing industry and their suppliers by providing specialized and executive searches for his clients. He has mentored and coached many working professionals at various stages in their career and has worked with thousands of candidates and clients over the years to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, John enjoys gardening, fishing, his classic cars and spending time with his beautiful grandchildren.
